So there’s this radio show or podcast or both I guess? It’s called Play it by Year, hosted by Duff Dixon. This guy named Richard paid me to build a site for it so that people could more easily find clips from the show.
I tried to explain that I sell a PVC-to-copper-pipe replacement service, and that I have no web design experience but he just kept yelling about ‘jackboots’ and ‘web pipes’ and waving crumpled fistfuls of dollar bills around.
Eventually I said I’d learn the basics of WordPress and throw something together for him. He shouted “I WAS NEVER HERE” and flung about thirty five dollars into the air and ran away.
Anyway, here’s the site, I’ll keep updating it as long as Richard keeps coming back with more handfuls of loose coins to pay for the changes.
Maybe I’ll listen to a few episodes myself, see what all the fuss is about.
